This silhouette displays a full-white knitted mesh NMD R2, with hints of red crimson accents on the midsole-plugs, and branded heel-tab/tongue. The sneaker also features an embroidered heel-cap with the Chinese character "XI", which gives the traditional meaning of "Happiness". The adidas Originals NMD R2 "Chinese New Year" sneaker comes packaged in a limited-edition box to match the theme, and will be available this coming Saturday, January 13th.
