2024 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Starting from December 1st, 2024, all regular-priced products bought in-store and online can be exchanged or returned for store credit before January 12th, 2025.

All hats, socks, bags, swimwear, collectibles, accessories are final sale.

All sale and discounted items are final sale.

All orders from third party apps, pre-orders, and limited releases are final sale.

customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges. The original shipping fee will be non-refundable and a restocking-fee may apply.

For any order cancellations, the customer will be subject to a $25 restocking fee.

Any refused shipments are the customers responsibility. The original shipping fee will be non-refundable and a restocking-fee may apply.

Email us with your order number at web@solestop.com to initiate a return, exchange or cancellation. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. All products being returned must be un-worn and in its original tags and packaging. Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges.

Should there be a factory defect or you receive an incorrect item we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card. Under these circumstances, Solestop will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.

If you are returning shoes, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoe box. Any returns we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box, it will be immediately returned back to you. All returns must be received by Solestop within 14 days of their initial return authorization date.
