hi, the items i bought are on sale and there is no additional 20 percent off on it, can you please look that up, and are the shoes I bought true to size?

Hi there …. are the new balance’s that state no additional disc eligible for the Black Friday sale ? The website mentioned something about a glitch with discounts applying.
